Residential & Liftgate Service
All orders  require a residential and tailgate delivery will be an extra  $75 fee charges in effect. 

    • All orders in stock will be shipped within 1 business day after you have placed your order. 
    • Orders placed & processed by 1 p.m. Pacific Standard Time will be shipped the same day they are ordered. Orders placed after 1 p.m. PST will be shipped the next business day, although every effort will be made to ship orders the same day they are placed.

    • Items not in stock will be shipped 1 business day after restocking, and will ship by selected shipping method from that date - No price adjustment will be made for the shipping charge as these items will still be shipped the method originally requested.
    • You will be notified within one business day by email if we are unable to fill your order.

All items shipped will be provided by a tracking number which enable our customer to check the status of their shipments.

Delivery Schedule

Items will be delivered between business hours 9am to 5pm. Monday to Friday.

To avoid any delays on delivery please provide a day time phone number.

When Receiving Your Order

Upon receiving the shipment we recommend our customers to inspect  your item before you sign . In the unlikely event if an  item is damaged or missing on delivery , you must call JDM California Motors  at 1-323-597-1015 within 24 hours otherwise your  claim can NOT be filed.

We will take the damages/lost/stolen product report and make a claim on our client's behalf , the claim will be processed depends on the carrier's company , the refund / replacements or any decision of a claim will be determined by the carrier's policy, JDM CALIFORNIA MOTORS reserve the rights to cancel any false claim .

we strongly recommend our client's to ask the our sales representatives for an insurance. There will be an extra charges for the insurance demanded for your item to shipped out. 

Important notice to all Canadian buyers 

When an individual or company purchases goods from an overseas supplier, CBSA (Canada Border Services Agency) considers them the ultimate importer. The ultimate importer can clear the goods or have a broker clear them on their behalf.

We  offer free custom brokerage , though it is required  more information about our clients such as SIN (social security number ) or if the shipping is purchased under a company name we need the company's GST number .
